As part of our ‘Love Project’ for the autumn term we are asking families to support Operation Christmas Child. Operation Christmas Child is a project of ‘Samaritan’s Purse’, a Christian international relief organisation.
Their mission is to provide children affected by war, poverty, natural disaster or famine by sending shoeboxes filled with gifts. The shoe box is usually wrapped with Christmas gift paper and filled with small toys, hygiene items and school supplies.
Please note that this year sweets and toothpaste are not being accepted in shoe boxes. If you would like to support this project, please could your child bring a shoe box filled with gifts into school by Monday 11th November.
