The children had lots of fun on Friday 22nd November as they took part in the Renewed Hope Trust Sporting Challenge Fundraiser. A huge thanks to our Year 6 Sports’ Leaders who have helped to organise this special sporting day. All children were invited to run (or walk) for an allocated period of time around the playground according to their year group and then to take part in an obstacle course but with added challenges!
The activities are based around the idea of ‘triumph over adversity’ with the aim of having fun and thinking about those who are less fortunate than us. We managed to raise a fantastic £140.00 for the charity. A huge well done to everyone for taking part and raising some much needed funds for this extremely important and worthy charity.
